HAFSAT ABDULLAHI’S SPOKENWORD PIECE “TO THE GIRL IN ENGLISH CLASS” HAS CONTINUED TO TREND

A Nigerian Spokenword prodigy Hafsat Abdullahi has continued to make waves with her latest Spokenword piece “To the Girl in English Class.”

The Minna-born Artist, Model, Actress and Fashion Enthusiast started fanning her talent at the Hill-Top Creative Arts Foundation and has now caught the eye of the world with her latest piece which encourages the use of our Nigerian native languages.

Her work also drew the attention of the Marvin Record boss, Don Jazzy who shared the piece on his Instagram page and also met her in person.

This masterpiece has also drawn the attention of other people who have continued to rebroadcast the piece and shower encomiums on her. Others have also taken the challenge of reciting the work in their native language.

It is expected that this success will spur her up to greater things and also encourage Africans to embrace their identity.
