AFRIKA-WRITES WORKSHOP BEGINS TOMORROW

The convener of Afrika-Writes and author of the Poetry Collection “We Sing Water”, Oko Owi Ocho has announced that the Afrika Writes 2022 begins tomorrow with Poetry Workshop with Su’eddie Vershima Agema and a virtual keynote by Dr Myles Ojabo.

The events culminating in the workshop began with the request for entries by wouldbe participants in the various masterclasses in Poetry, Fiction and Spokenword, and an acceptance of the shortlisted participants into the workshop.

The event has the theme “Times & Trends” and features music, spokenword and panel discussions.

The grand finale is on the 8the of October 2022 at The Glass Residence, Plot 843 Idris Ibrahim Crescent, Jabi, Abuja.
